Medical advice
This site is not engaged in rendering
medical advice or providing professional
medical services. The information provided
on this Website or by the Patient Interaction
Center should not be used for diagnosing
or treating a health problem or a disease.
It is not a substitute for professional
care. If you have, or suspect you may
have, a health problem, you should consult
a physician. A diagnosis of prostate cancer,
and a treatment plan, can only be made
by a clinical evaluation from a qualified
healthcare professional.
Self-evaluation questionnaire
The self-evaluation questionnaire on this
Website is provided solely for the purpose
of identifying symptoms of prostate cancer.
It is not a scientifically valid instrument
for diagnosis, but is meant exclusively
as a helpful guide for prostate cancer sufferers. It
was developed by PCI staff, then evaluated
and approved by the PCI Advisory
Board.
